Vendor Agreement & Acknowledgement
By submitting this application, you, the vendor, agree to the following terms and conditions for participation in KPOP MINNECON:
Booth Requirements
Vendors will be provided with a designated booth space as outlined in their registration. The vendor agrees to set up and dismantle their booth within the specified event times and to ensure the booth remains open and staffed throughout the event.Liability Insurance
Vendors are required to maintain their own liability insurance to cover any potential risks or incidents during the event.Product Approval
All products sold must align with their submitted registration information. KPOP MINNECON reserves the right to approve or reject any products deemed inappropriate or unrelated to the event’s focus.Compliance with Event Rules
Vendors agree to comply with all event rules, regulations, and safety guidelines as provided by KPOP MINNECON. This includes respecting event hours, noise levels, display limitations, and health and safety protocols.Payment Terms
The vendor agrees to submit full payment for their booth space once application is received. Payments are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by KPOP MINNECON.Conduct and Behavior
Vendors are expected to conduct themselves professionally at all times. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or inappropriate actions will result in immediate removal from the event without refund.Booth Setup and Breakdown
Vendors must complete booth setup within the designated setup period and ensure their booth is fully dismantled by the end of the breakdown period. Failure to do so may incur additional fees.Indemnification
The vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless KPOP MINNECON, its organizers, and affiliated parties from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the vendor’s participation in the event.
